Tasting India by Aussie Chef, Christine Manfield, is a truly remarkable book both in terms of the quality recipes, but also in the thorough written commentary and sensational  photography that beautifully captures the unique cuisine and the diverse and colourful life of the sub-continent. The quality of the book is outstanding and I keep Tasting India on the lounge table so I can pick it up, turn its pages and  relive my many journeys to this astonishing country.
