Mince Pie Ice Cream Recipe

Make super easy mince pie ice cream from crushed mince pies and ice cream for a real Movenpick moment! PLUS it only takes 5 minutes to make!


Makes: 1 litre

Ingredients:
1 litre good-quality vanilla ice cream
6-8 mini mince pies



Method:
Allow the ice cream to soften (not completely thawed, but soft enough to stir through). Break up the mince pies into bite-size pieces, then stir through the ice cream. Freeze.



Tip:
Use this method to make all kinds of ice cream. It's also a great way to use up leftover Christmas cake or pud.
