People have said for many years that carrots help you see in the dark but can carrots really help your eyesight?
Unfortunately there is no yes or no answer but the good news is it could improve your eyes health. Don't expect 20/20 vision after chomping away at some carrot sticks but there are some benefits for your eyes after all. Carrots contain beta-carotene, a substance that your body converts to vitamin a, which is good for your eyes. To improve eye health eat a diet rich in vitamin A, iron and other pro vitamins.
