  1. Avoid parking in isolated areas.
  2. Park in well lit locations (at night) and remember that parking in busy areas reduces the opportunity of theft.
  3. Never leave your vehicle running while unattended.
  4. When parked completely close all the windows (and remember to always remove pets in hot weather - NEVER leave them in the car).
  5. Lock all the doors.
  6. Remove all valuables especially laptops, iPods, cameras, GPS and handbags.
