a-ha release brand new single 'I’m In' ahead of their first album release in seven years

a-ha are back with brand new music for the first time in seven years!

Over the weekend, the synth-pop group released their first single from their upcoming album, True North, and it is beautiful.

Titled 'I'm In,' the song will feature as one of 12 original penned tracks on the new album, which is set to be released alongside a companion film on October 21.

The Norwegian trio of Magne Furuholmen, Morten Harket, and Paul Waaktaar-Savoy recorded True North in November 2021 in Bodø.

In the companion film, a-ha perform the album's material with the accompaniment of Norway's Arctic Philharmonic.

Interspersed throughout the picture are scenes of actors portraying life in the north and Arctic Circle.
