If you're anything like us, from 2008 to 2013 you would've been glued to your TV screens watching Packed to the Rafters!
Airing on TVNZ 1, it was easily one of the best TV shows to come out of Australia ... with one of the most heartbreaking scenes when Mel died in a car crash.
But fans of the show now have something to celebrate because the cast of the series are officially reuniting to revive the beloved show.
Today Amazon announced the popular show will return on Amazon Prime Video with work on the new series set to begin next year in Sydney.
Produced by Seven Studios, the show will pick up six years after the original series left off.
It will feature original cast members, including Rebecca Gibney (Julie), Erik Thomson (Dave), Jessica Marais (Rachel), Hugh Sheridan (Ben), Angus McLaren (Nathan), Michael Caton (Ted Taylor) and George Houvardas (Nick Karandonis).
"Dave and Julie have created a new life in the country with the youngest daughter Ruby," the Amazon synopsis states.
"The older Rafter children face new challenges and Grandpa Ted struggles to find his place.
"As Dave enjoys his newfound freedom, Julie must reconcile her responsibilities to the family.
"They might not be under the same roof, but the same honesty, love and laughter bonds them more tightly now than ever before."
Time to get Amazon Prime!
