Cher teases her first-ever Christmas music with upcoming album

Cher has revealed the cover for her upcoming Christmas album, 'Cher Christmas' which will be released later this year!

Taking to social media, she shared the cover which shows her standing with her thumbs in the pockets of bedazzled jeans. Above Cher is her name in silver while below her is the word "Christmas" and silver and red ornaments appear on either side of her.

"Are you spending Christmas with me? #cherchristmas" Cher asked fans.

In a recent interview on Good Morning Britain, Cher shared her pride in the project, stating, "I really am proud of this. It’s a Cher Christmas album. It’s not your mother’s Christmas album."

While the complete tracklist is yet to be announced, Cher has hinted at collaborations with other artists for this album, a first for her.

“I’m really, really excited because there’s millions of people on it! I’ve never had duets! I’ve never had people on any of my records! This was a last-minute thing… but they’re special. All of them.”

Cher has also given us a taste of what to expect from the album by sharing sneak peeks on her X (formally Twitter) account. Mixed with snippets of her classic hit 'Believe,' she can be heard singing the lyrics, "That's the only thing I desire this year."
