Christina Aguilera wows with Tina Turner tribute performance at Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

As Tina Turner was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame over the weekend, Christina Aguilera regaled the crowd with a showstopping performance in tribute of the legendary songstress.

Following a video package featuring Turner testimonials from Cher, Lizzo and P!nk, the 40-year-old singer hit the stage at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland to belt out the iconic 1966 hit song 'River Deep Mountain High.' 

The 'Beautiful' hitmaker demonstrated her fandom by wearing a t-shirt with Turner's face on it as she delivered up a sensational vocal performance while channelling the Queen of Rock and Roll's magnetic style for the audience.

The ceremony marked Turner's second induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, this time as a solo artist. Turner was first inducted with Ike Turner in 1991.

As a solo artist, Turner racked up countless awards and accolades, led by her multiplatinum 1984 album Private Dancer, which featured the number one single 'What’s Love Got to Do With It.'
