Marking the first time the two singers have recorded a duet, the stripped-down version showcases powerful vocals, bringing both a sense of heartbreak and curiosity throughout the track.

In the accompanying music video, the two country divas belt out the hit song while having a drink together, as they captured the heart-wrenching strife of a love triangle that finds them chasing the same man.

Speaking about the duet, Parton said: "I've always wanted to sing with her, and I don't know why we never did it until now, but we really sounded good together.

"I think the fans are gonna like it."
