David Beckham with rotting teeth & facial scars

His devilishly good looks usually mean he has women everywhere pining after him. 

But David Beckham looked a far cry from his handsome self in a new photo he shared to Instagram on Tuesday. 

The former footballer, 41, gave his Instagram followers a first look at himself in character for his upcoming movie role in King Arthur and cut a rather dishevelled figure. 

Instead of appearing preened to perfection, David's face was tainted with an ugly looking scar that travelled up his face, starting from the top of his mouth and finishing by both his forehead and his ear. 

His nose was transformed with a blotchy red hue and pimples and his usual pearly whites were nowhere to be seen, as the star flashed a less desirable set of gnashers.

David's teeth were yellowed and blackened in areas to complete his transformation. 

Looking almost unrecognisable, the father-of-four's post caused a stir among his 34.5million followers.

David had joked alongside his post: 'Rough day at the office @kingarthurmovie @guyritchie.' 

David's latest look had been at the hands of his close friend Guy Ritchie, as he is set to star in new movie King Arthur: Legend of the Sword

The film is directed by Ritchie and will hit cinemas later this year, with Charlie Hunnam starring as the leading role King Arthur.
