David Cassidy's fans fear he is drinking again after he struggles to remember words on stage

When fans witnessed David Cassidy play at a venue in Los Angeles, remembering the words was just one of the things he struggled with as he slurred his words and stumbled around the stage.

The Partridge Family star has battled with addiction problems in the past, but fans are afraid that the 66-year old has relapsed and fallen back into his old ways.

In the videos that his fans have uploaded to social media, you can see the star rambling on about things, slurring his words and falling off the stage at one point.

Even in his entry speech, you can notice the slurring and stumbling.

In this video that was uploaded to Twitter, you can see a now very drunk Cassidy struggling to stand, and almost all his words are slurred.

At one point, even his stories that he was telling the audience weren't making any sense, "I love being able to come back to the place, despite the fact I wasn't born here, for the most part this is my home and this is where I became television star, a rock and roll star."

It's such a shame to see the decline of an artist like Cassidy, and hopefully he will get the help that he needs.
