This is when 'The Crown' will introduce Princess Diana

Diana, Princess of Wales was, and still arguably remains, the most loved member of the British royal family.

Therefore, it is with an anticipated breathe that fans of Netflix's The Crown, wait for her to be introduced into the drama.

Now we know how much longer we have to wait, with showrunner Peter Morgan revealing that Diana will be introduced towards the end of Season 3.  The Princess will also be featured heavily throughout Seasons 4 and 5.

Morgan also confirmed that Season 2 will focus more on the backstory of Prince Philip (Matt Smith), and on his relationship with his son Charles: "We glance backward to Philip's childhood and his upbringing, and how that might have impacted him as a man, a father and as Prince Consort—which is fascinating."

Now, we just can't wait to see who they cast as the "People's Princess", as that actress has big boots to fill.
