Julia Roberts shares RARE family photo with her three children ... and boy have they grown up!

Mother's Day is all about spending time with your mum and/or the special women in your life.

And that's exactly what the Roberts/Moder clan did.

Taking to Instagram, the 51-year-old actress' husband Danny Moder shared a rare photo of Julia with her three children.

And we can't get over how much they've grown!

Alongside the picture, Moder wrote: "That pretty mama in the middle. We love you so much."

Her 14-year-old daughter Hazel can be seen snuggling into her mum, while her twin brother, Phinnaeus, gives his dad a noogie.
