Kate Middleton stuns in glamorous semi-sheer black lace gown at the Royal Variety Performance

Yet again, Kate Middleton has wow royal fans with her latest stunning ensemble.

All eyes were on the Duchess of Cambridge as she attended the Royal Variety Performance with her husband, Prince William, today.

The royal mum-of-three looked absolutely flawless in a beautiful custom black Alexander McQueen gown, which featured sections of intricate semi-sheer lace.

The floor-length gown also featured a low-scooped back, a sweetheart neckline and cinched in at the waist before flaring out at the knee. 

To finish off her eye-catching look Kate accessorised with hoop earrings from Erdem, a simple black clutch bag and black stiletto heels.

The event is in aid of the Royal Variety Charity and profits from the show go towards helping hundreds of entertainers throughout the UK who suffer from illness.

Other A-listers in attendance included Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field.

Sir Rod Stewart was also supposed to attend but was forced to pull out at the last minute on "strict doctor's orders" due to a throat infection.
