King Charles III’s official coronation playlist has been released

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport has selected 26 songs on behalf of the monarch.

Fittingly, the playlist starts with the Beatles’ “Come Together” and ends with “King” by British synth-pop trio Years & Years.

Featured on the playlist are songs from British legends such as Queen’s “We Are the Champions,” David Bowie’s “Let’s Dance,” the Who’s “Love Reign O’er Me” and “Slave to the Rhythm” by Grace Jones.

There are also songs from more contemporary artists, with Harry Styles' "Treat People With Kindness", Ed Sheeran's "Celestial" and George Ezra's "Dance All Over Me" making the list.
