Much to the delight of the audience, the 52-year-old singer made it a family affair as she welcomed her 11-year-old daughter, Monroe, out for a mother-daughter duet.

Proving that the youngster certainly has her mother's talents, the pair belted out a stunning rendition of the Christmas carol classic 'Away in a Manger.'

The heartwarming performance, taking place at Toronto's Scotiabank Arena, saw the duo go back and forth with verses, while Monroe harmonised along to her mother's iconic whistle notes.

The pair even matched in shimmering white gowns with puff skirts.

Carey shares Monroe and her twin Moroccan with ex-husband Nick Cannon, who she split with in 2014.
