Netflix releases the first teaser trailer for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's much-anticipated docuseries

After more than two years of anticipation, Netflix has finally given fans their first look at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix docuseries.

The streaming service dropped the first official teaser trailer overnight for the series, titled Harry & Meghan, which will reportedly shed light on the highs and lows of the couple's love story.

The intimate first look at the documentary, which will premiere in December across six episodes, includes personal footage from the couple's life together, including at their wedding reception, on a trip to Africa and during Meghan's pregnancy.

In addition to moments of joy, they also show the difficulties they faced in the royal spotlight.

At one point, Harry is asked why he wanted to make the documentary.

To which he responds: "No one sees what’s happening behind closed doors. I had to do everything I could to protect my family."

Harry & Meghan will reportedly be released on Netflix on December 8.
