Olivia Newton-John's only daughter Chloe Lattanzi has taken to social media to pay tribute to her legendary mother following the tragic news she passed away, aged 73, after a 30-year battle with breast cancer.

Remembering the special memories they've shared, the 36-year-old posted a series of sweet photos of herself and the Grease star.

Beginning with a throwback of Lattanzi adorably grabbing her mother's face for a kiss, she went on to share selfies and photos of the mother-daughter duo throughout the years.

Without any caption, Lattanzi allowed the poignant photos to express her feelings.

The musician's father is Matthew Lattanzi, who Newton-John was married to from 1984 to 1995.

Newton-John died Monday morning at her ranch in Southern California, where she was surrounded by family and friends.

The 'Physical' hitmaker is also survived by her husband, John Easterling, who shared the news of her death on her official Instagram account.
