Rick Astley recreates his iconic music video for 'Never Gonna Give You Up' 35 years later

Rick Astley is an '80s icon ...

Released in 1987, 'Never Gonna Give You Up' reached number one and stayed there for five consecutive weeks.

So to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the legendary song, Astley has teamed up with US-based car insurance company CSAA Insurance Group to recreate the song's iconic music video.

The re-creation features Astley performing in similar clothes and locations as those in the original music video while workers of the insurance company dance along with him.

The original video has amassed more than 1.2 billion views on YouTube.
