Rick Astley surprises fans with new festive song 'Love This Christmas' - and we are loving it!

It’s going to be a very merry Rickmas this year!

Surprising his fans this week, Rick Astley dropped a brand new festive song 'Love This Christmas' - and we are loving it!

The accompanying music video for the tune - which was written and recorded in just three weeks - sees Rick joyously performing amid a flurry of snow and dancing snowmen.

Speaking about the track he said: "Sitting down and writing a Christmas song is completely different than anything else because there is an element of cheese involved, let's face it!

"But it's a good cheese because we need a bit of that this year. I think there's more Christmas songs this year than there's ever been."

He continued: "It’s just a bit of fun after a tough 2020."
