Sir Rod Stewart shows off impressive tap dancing skills during The Tonight Show appearance

Sir Rod Stewart is showing no signs of slowing down.
Rod and Jools Holland appeared on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show, to promote their upcoming album Swing Fever.
After Rod shared that he and Jimmy had dinner together the night prior, Jimmy, began gushing about the swing classics on the album - pointing out the 1947 song Almost Like Being in Love, the 1929 song Ain't Misbehavin' in particular.

During their appearance, Rod got to show off his tap dancing prowess.
Jools began saying, “I don't want any of this synthesized nonsense. I want tap dancers,” when Rod jumped to his feet with his attempt at the dance.
The studio audience burst into laughter and applause as Jools and Jimmy joined in - with the house band The Roots providing the music.
The duo also gave an impromptu performance of Almost Like Being in Love with Rod displaying more impressive moves.
Fans were blown away and took to the comments to share, with one commenting: “Rod still got it going on!!!”
Another added: “Jimmy's got the moves. I wonder if he has been a tap dancer?” while a third said, “Jools and his bands are excellent really nice to hear Rod having fun again classic song, what treat for everyone there, amazing performance.”
Swing Fever will be released on February 23rd.
