McFadden confirms interest in Taumalolo

Warriors coach Andrew McFadden has confirmed the club's interested in Jason Taumalolo.

He reportedly visited the Kiwis back-rower in Townsville during the week to offer him a two million dollar, two year contract.

McFadden has refused to comment on recruitment, but makes no apologies for trying to sign a player for next year before the 2015 NRL season has even started.

"Until they change this is the way it has to happen, so I've just got to roll with it."

The Warriors have completed their preparations for the upcoming season, thrashing their New South Wales Cup side 42-14 in Papakura.
