Stan Walker releases powerful new song about mental health

With less than a week to go till Christmas, Stan Walker has shared an extra special present with his fans.

The Kiwi singer released his new single 'Human' on Friday, featuring a powerful message about mental health.

Speaking about the song, Walker said: "While Christmas is a time for joy, being thankful and spending time with whānau, it can be a difficult time when we are faced with ghosts of the past.

"As we go into this time, I wanted to share a piece of my heart in this very special and personal waiata as a reminder that we're all human and just doing our best."

The new waiata features fellow Kiwi musician Louis Baker and will feature on Walker's forthcoming new album.
