The Chase host Bradley Walsh's annual earnings has been revealed

The Chase is easily one of the most popular shows in the country, so it makes sense that its host is well paid.
Not only has Bradley Walsh fronted the reality quiz series for over a decade, but he's also fronted a number of other UK shows, including the new spin-off show Beat The Chasers, appeared on Coronation Street and was once a pro footballer and recording artist.
It's a career spanning 40 years, so it's no surprise he has become one of Britain's top TV earners having made a massive £8.5million (NZ$17million) last year.
The latest accounts for the 59-year-old shows his earnings were up £2million on the previous year.

A source told the Daily Star: "Viewers love Bradley – so at contract time he can always negotiate a tasty new deal."
It marks an astonishing level of success for the TV presenter who was living in a £98,000 (NZ$188,000) terraced house in East London 20 years ago.
He now owns a five-bedroom mansion with a pool in Essex, having sold his last home for £2.45million (NZ$4.7million) five years ago.
