The teaser trailer for Robbie Williams' upcoming biopic 'Better Man' has just been released

Robbie Williams is getting a biopic later this year - and he's appearing as a monkey?

Paramount has just released a first look at the upcoming biopic, as well as a short featurette explaining why the British singer is portrayed as a CGI monkey.

Directed by Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman), the biopic is based on the mostly true story of the meteoric rise, dramatic fall, and resurgence of Robbie Williams, who claims to be one of the greatest entertainers of all time. 

It follows Robbie’s journey from childhood, to being the youngest member of chart-topping boyband Take That, through to his unparalleled achievements as a record-breaking solo artist – all the while confronting the challenges that stratospheric fame and success can bring.

Better Man will be released in New Zealand cinemas on December 26, 2024.
