Rosa and Margo Flanagan have both dealt with their own struggles with disordered eating and have had to work together to create a healthy relationship with food. With the goal of making healthy food easy and delicious, the sisters created Two Raw Sisters to share their vege-first mentality when it comes to cooking and create yummy recipes that anyone can cook with whatever they have in their kitchen.

In this episode Toni, Rosa and Margo discuss how food used to make them feel sad, guilty and frustrated, how they used their competitive relationship to improve their eating habits, and how they use Two Raw Sisters to simplify the complicated subject of eating healthy.
