Jason Reeves is brought to tears on air by his son's surprise

With Father's Day upon us, Jason's sons decided that they wanted to surprise their dad in the best way possible.

When Bernadine mentioned a special Father's Day piece that they had to play this morning, Jason has no idea that it was from his son, and his reaction says it all.

"Aww I love you too, those are my boys Max and Ollie," Jase said while trying to hold back the tears.

"Is that the sweetest thing you've ever heard?" Bernie asked, "You know when you're in the rest home and no one is visiting you, you pull that out you can go; boys, can you take me for a drive now?" she quipped.

What an adorable on-air moment!
