Hands up if you LOVE a deliciously soft, crumbly and perfectly risen scone with a verrrry generous dollop of cream and spoonful of glistening strawberry jam?

There's no denying scones are wonderfully Kiwi, delicious and so simple to make, but these lemonade scones are the best you'll ever make!
Incredibly light and fluffy, the secret ingredient is lemonade – but they don’t taste of lemon at all!
If you've never tried these before, you’re honestly going to be amazed!
Ingredients:
4 cups self-raising flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
300ml cream
300ml lemonade
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll out and cut into 12 scones.
- Bake for 15-20mins.
- Enjoy!
