Facebook scam targets Kiwis

Be cautious when you're searching through Facebook New Zealand!

There's a new scam on Facebook and guess what?? New Zealand is the target. The new scam is targeting Kiwi users on Facebook. The scam sends Facebook messages to you from a friend, encouraging you to click on a YouTube link. If you do receive this message don't click it as it just allows people hackers to access your account!

A number of New Zealanders have reported receiving these messages and also seeing their account sending those messages, posing as them.

Facebook users are being warned not to click on the link and to delete the message immediately.

What do we say to hackers? Not today!
