Giant panda's bout of hiccups caught on camera at Chinese centre.

This video from China’s Sichuan Province shows a giant panda suffering a bout of hiccups (too much bamboo perhaps?) Wait till the end for a cute surprise!

The animal was filmed at Wolong Shenshuping panda base, in Sichuan province, a world-leading centre in Panda conservation efforts.

A Chinese zoo has to deny claims its sun bears are humans in costume.

If you go down in the woods today, you’d better go in disguise...

This zoo has had to reassure visitors that the animals in their sun bear enclosure are not ‘men in costumes’ after one was caught on camera standing on hind legs.

On Sunday the zookeepers at Hangzhou issued a statement in response to video clips of the animal, which had gone viral online.

This one's an oldie but a goodie; a donkey in zebra stripes.

Back in 2009, Gaza City zookeepers painted their donkeys to look like zebras in order to try and draw crowds to their dilapidated zoo.

The Marah Land Zoo’s only two zebras died of hunger earlier that year when they were neglected during the Israel-Hamas war.
