Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are left stunned at a very bendy 100 year old gymnast!

HOLLY Willoughby was left amazed as a 100-year-old gymnast put her foot on her head live on UK breakfast show, ' This Morning'.

Speaking to Holly and her co-host, Phillip Schofield, Marion insisted that she had no idea how she has kept the impressive skills over the years.

She explained: "I sit all day, watching television, writing letters, or reading.

"I don't know how [I managed to keep it] - this morning, before I came out, I couldn't put my foot on my head.

"Now I can through sheer determination."

Marion - who lives in a residential care home - then offered to demonstrate - leaving the two presenters open-mouthed by her flexibility!

I think we can all agree that this is absolutely incredible at any age, let alone 100!
