After Rachel Molloy was found dead at the bottom of her stairs in 2020, the police called it an accident. But Rachel’s mum Mandy and a local media outlet were left with questions — so they contacted John Campbell. The result is this series, where a wide-ranging official information request takes John on a paper trail of surprises which raise even more questions, and leads him to ask whether the police did enough for Rachel and her family.
