The family that works out together stays together—at least, that seems to be the motto of the Rodriguez-Lopez household. Jennifer Lopez, 50, and Alex Rodriguez, 44, just led A-Rod's daughters, Natasha and Ella Rodriguez, in a solid sweat session.

A-Rod documented the whole thing on Instagram—and it’s not only awesome but pretty doable.

The video focuses heavily on J.Lo (because J.Lo), and she looks amazing. Her abs are ridiculously toned, which isn’t surprising, but… this is a departure from J.Lo’s usual abs workout.
