Calling all cheese lovers (so everyone)!
If you're not a fan of sushi, or you just like cheese, then this exciting news is for you ...
Once the New Zealand border opens, you'll want to book a ticket to Geelong, because the Victorian city has just opened Australia's very first 'cheese train'!
Splatters Cheese Bar will serve a huge variety of gourmet cheeses in exactly the same manner sushi does - on a 20m conveyer belt.
For $79 per person, punters will take a seat bar side next to the perpetually rotating belt of cheesy goodness where they’ll have 90 minutes to eat as many plates of cheese, mouth-watering charcuterie and accompaniments as they can.

There will be more than 75 different combinations to choose from – including vegan cheese.
The restaurant also contains a cheese garden, so if the all-you-can-eat cheese isn't for you, cheese-lovers can grab a cheese board and sit outside in the beautiful Garden of Edam.
Alongside the cheese and wine, the fromagerie worshipping venue also offers delicious cocktails, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic options.
All-you-can-eat cheese? It don't get much cheddar than that!
