Adele pauses her Las Vegas show to hug fellow musical legend Paul McCartney in 'heartwarming' moment

During one of Adele's recent performances at her Las Vegas residency, a surprise familiar face briefly halted her show. 

In a video which has now gone viral on X (previously Twitter), Adele can be seen singing, mid-performance, as she walks through the audience waving and smiling at the concertgoers.

Whilst strolling through the aisles Adele spotted a familiar face and rushed over to shake Paul McCartney's hand, however, once she reached him he instead pulled her in for a hug.

The pair have a lot in common, with most of their songs receiving at least one Grammy making them the most honoured male and female British artists respectively in Grammy history, and for good reason!

One fan commented, "Wow great to see them hugging!!! I went to Paul McCartney's Live tour concert in July of 2017 and he was fantastic!!!" while a second fan wrote, "Adele is such a sweet soul."

A third fan said, "Adele is probably the greatest woman to touch a mic."

Such a heartwarming moment between two incredibly iconic and talented artists!
