After a successful three seasons of New Zealand's 1pm daily COVID-19 updates, the unexpected fourth season of the television series has come with hilarious reviews from Kiwis on IMDB.
The first episode, which premiered at the unusual time slot of 5.30pm on Tuesday 17 August, was "a surprise" for many fans.
One person who rated it 10/10 wrote: "What had once been a staple part of the everyday lunchtime break has been sorely missed, but new episodes are sure to bring back all the tension and drama of the original series."
Another, who rated it 6/10 thoroughly enjoyed the plot twist that was Delta this season.
"I must admit, I was not looking forward to season 4. It all feels a bit like Deja Vu. But I was pleasantly surprised.
"New plot twist with the Delta variant creates tension where it seemed to be lacking at the end of season 3.
"Cast were on point as usual and it is always good to see the same loveable characters return for a new season."
Others have written that it's the "Best Reality Show" and that it's "better than the UK version".
Another wrote that it's "worth staying home for".
