Air fryer lamb chops
Ingredients:
- 4 New Zealand lamb chops
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 2 TSP herbs (such as oregano, thyme or sage)
Method:
- In a bowl mix the oil, garlic and herbs together. Coat the lamb chops in the marinade.
- Place a single layer of tin foil along the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- Lay lamb chops in a single layer and cook in air fryer for six minutes at 190°c
- Turn them over and cook for another six minutes.
- Serve with sides of your choice.
