Christmas Cocktails: Moscow Mule

If you're looking for a cocktail to try out this festive season, why not try a Moscow mule?

Recently, Lorna and our newsreader Brin headed along to The Hilton and Bellini Bar's Mixology Masterclass to learn how to shake, stir, and strain three cocktails and enjoy them alongside a gorgeous selection of snacks.

The second cocktail they were taught was the Moscow Mule, which was paired with fried sushi rice and spicy tuna tartare.

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Vodka
  • 10ml Lime
  • Ice
  • 10ml Ginger Syrup
  • Ginger Beer
  • Garnish—cucumber, fresh lime, orange—up to you!

Method:

  • Add the vodka, lime juice, ice, ginger syrup, and ginger beer to your glass.
  • Stir well.
  • Add your garnish, serve, and enjoy!
