Christmas Cocktails: Sbagliato

If you're looking for a cocktail to try out this festive season, why not try a Sbagliato?

Recently, Lorna and our newsreader Brin headed along to The Hilton and Bellini Bar's Mixology Masterclass to learn how to shake, stir, and strain three cocktails and enjoy them alongside a gorgeous selection of snacks.

The sbagliato is the first cocktail that Manuel took them through how to make, and it was paired with an antipasto platter including artisan cold cuts, cheeses, marinated vegetables, dips, spreads, & focaccia.

      Ingredients:

      • 30ml Campari
      • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
      • Ice
      • Proscesco
      • Orange slice to garnish

      Method:

      • Add campari, sweet vermouth, and ice to the mixing glass. 
      • Stir, then take a julep strainer and strain into your glass. 
      • Top with prosecco and garnish with an orange slice. 
      • Enjoy!
