Try this super simple raspberry crumble bars recipe

If you're craving something fruity, buttery, and absolutely delicious, look no further than these Raspberry Crumble Bars.
Not only are they a treat for the taste buds, but they’re also incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients
For the Base:
- 225g butter, softened
- 120g sugar
- 320g flour
For the Raspberry Filling:
- 230g frozen raspberries
- 150g raspberry jam
- 60g sugar
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (170°C fan).
- In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar and flour and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
- Combine the dough into a ball, setting half aside for later. Press the other half of the dough evenly into the bottom of your baking tin.
- Bake the base for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow it to cool for around 15 minutes.
- While the base is cooling, combine the frozen raspberries, raspberry jam, granulated sugar, cornflour, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Once combined, spread out evenly into your cooled base and sprinkle remaining dough on top.
- Bake for an additional 35 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is set.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the tin before cutting them into squares.
