Stan Walker pays tribute to Kiwi essential workers with powerful live performance of 'Thank You'

Performing at Auckland's Silo Park, Stan Walker has paid a heartfelt tribute to all the essentials workers in New Zealand.

As he belted out his emotional song 'Thank You' - which he originally wrote for his mum to show his gratitude for her support throughout his battle with cancer - images of Kiwis who worked the frontlines during our nationwide lockdown lit up the silos behind him.

The special tribute performance - which was organised by MusicHelpsLive - aimed to raise much-needed funds to provide emergency financial and wellbeing support to those working in the live event and music space.

He also performed 'Give' and 'Aotearoa' as part of his set.
