Ah, the magic of teenage crushes – those unforgettable heart-fluttering moments when we adorned our bedroom walls with posters of our favourite celebrities.
We're taking a trip down memory lane as the Coast team share their first celebrity crushes, and whose faces they had up on their walls — from Baywatch heartthrobs to music legends and TV sweethearts.
Toni Street
"My teenage crush was David Charvet from Baywatch!"
Jase Reeves
"I had Christina Applegate on my wall (Kelly Bundy!) and also Alyssa Milano, Daisy Duke and Paula Abdul ... but I think the biggest crush I had was on Tiffani Amber Thiessen."
Sam Wallace
"I fell in love watching Danielle Fishel as Topanga Lawrence in Boy Meets World and so I wrote to Woman's Weekly's David Hartnell to try to get him to pass my love on..."

Lorna Riley
"The first poster I had was John Travolta in Grease. As a teen, I had this Bowie poster on my wall, the concert was epic!"

"My bedroom wall was covered in centrefolds... from NZ Hotrod magazine, plus Ferraris, Lambos and motorcycles. No posters of Farah, Raquel or Pam. However, I was particularly besotted with Carly Simon and it was worth the $7.95 cost of an album to be able to put those great album covers up amongst the hotrods on my wall.
In truth my absolute crush was Crystal Gayle, loved her voice and I thought she was about the most beautiful woman in the world, right up till the moment I met my wife. I had to dig around a little but I still have the tribute sketch from those days."

"I had Guns N Roses posters, Bon Jovi, John Farnham (don't laugh), and many a crush. Almost all of the ladies in the Baywatch cast.
But to really class it up, instead of a poster, I had a calendar of my teenage crush... Elle MacPherson."

"Yep, Lorraine Downes… I was a 15-year-old at boarding school when she won Miss Universe, and I fell completely in love. I even wrote her a song.
I've managed to meet her a few times over the years, and she is just as wonderful as I believed she would be."
"Yes, I do remember the song. No, I will not be singing it any time soon."
