Ever since Netflix's swoon-worthy series Bridgerton hit our screens, we just can't get enough of the high-society scandals centred around the family.

Ahead of the highly anticipated 4-episode release next week, the streaming platform has given us a sneak peek at what can be expected from the second half of season three.

The trailer shows how the whole town is abuzz after the 'sudden' engagement between Nicola Coughlan's Penelope Featherington and Luke Newton's Colin Bridgerton.

'Colin cannot discover my secret,' Penelope says in the trailer. 'Whistledown is power.'

Colin asks her, 'Is there some secret you're not telling me?'

Lady Whistledown teases in voiceover, 'While most seasons of our Marriage Mart follow a pattern, this season is surely a surprise.'

We can't wait to find out what happens next when part 2 is released on June 13.
