Tip Top has just released a Chocolate Lamington flavoured ice cream!

For us New Zealanders, lamingtons are about as Kiwi as you can get.

And now Tip Top is about to delight many of its fans with the release of their latest creation.

The ice cream company took to social media to announce their newest flavours - Chocolate Lamington.

"We think our delicious new flavours will hit the sweet-as spot!" Tip-Top captioned the post.

"Choc Lamington is a perfect blend of chocolatey coconut, a true kiwi classic!"

And fans couldn't be more excited, with the post quickly receiving almost 1,000 comments.

Along with Chocolate Lamington, Tip Top is also releasing a refreshing Mango Lassi ice cream.

The new flavours have already been released and are available today at local supermarkets and scoop parlours.
