Bindi Irwin Breaks Down At The Sight Of Her Late Father In Emotional "DWTS" Tribute

There wasn't a dry eye in the house after Bindi Irwin's heartbreaking 'Dancing with the Stars' finale performance. Last night, the 17-year-old and her partner Derek Hough performed an elegantly choreographed freestyle dance that paid tribute to her late father, and we think it was her most emotional tribute yet.

Their gorgeous dance went perfectly with their chosen music's lyrics about someone always being there for a loved one after they're gone.

The number came to an emotional finish, when a sweet photo of Bindi kissing her father on the cheek was projected on screen, resulting in Bindi breaking down in Hough's arms.

It turns out Bindi had no clue an image of her father would be incorporated into the performance. The surprise was entirely orchestrated by Hough.

Her father was clearly on her mind after the emotional performance, as Bindi also shared a photo of the Irwin family the day before Steve died to her Instagram account last night.

Bindi and Derek received a perfect score of 30 from the judges for the dance, and the duo is our favourite to win the mirror ball trophy in tonight's finale. Good luck, Bindi and Derek!
