It turns out the hit musical CATS is being made into a movie with a cast so star-studded that your jaw will drop.
The film adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical will feature actors such as Idris Elba, Dame Judi Dench, Ian McKellen, Rebel Wilson and James Corden, alongside musicians, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson and Jason Derulo.
Fans were given their very first glimpse at the upcoming flick in a stunning behind the scenes video, which showed the stars and dancers rehearsing in the stage-styled set.
In the video, Dame Judi reveals how the film is giving her a second chance to be a part of CATS, after she was unable to perform in the original West End production.
I was cast in 1981. Just before we opened I snapped my Achilles tendon and I thought that was my history with Cats," she says in a behind-the-scenes interview.
"But it turns out not to be. It’s a kind of Alice In Wonderland experience."
Meanwhile, known cat-lover Taylor Swift says: "My first memories of performance go back to when I was in Pennsylvania growing up.
"My favourite thing was getting to be theatrical, to tell a story and I’ve always brought that narrative element to my live shows."
"This musical is timeless and we’ve got to update it in ways that are just so, so great," she adds.
The film is being directed by Tom Hooper who is known for his work on Les Misérables, The Danish Girl and The King’s Speech.
We cannot wait to see the CATS movie! Until then we’ll be listening to Memory on repeat.
