A poor Australian woman must have been really nervous to be on television, because she's made a hilarious mistake when being interviewed.

Erica O'Donnell was asked her first and last name by Michael Scanlan, a reporter from Channel Seven, but the trouble arisen when he asked her to 'spell first and last...'
